Most recently she had a supporting role in the Netflix series Murderville episode titled Who Killed Santa.After the college years, Coupe took classes in comedy improvisation at The Groundlings and ImprovOlympic. The actress toured France in 2003 as the soldier in an all-female King Lear version. Her one-woman show, The Patriots (a sketch show performed by her) began in November 2005 at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. She was awarded the Breakout Performer Award at HBO U.S. In March 2006, she became wed to Randall Whittinghill, an actor and puppeteer. Coupe was married from December 2007 until June 2013 to Randall Whittinghill (acting teacher, puppeteer). She announced her engagement to Darin Oliveren via Instagram on November 27, 2014. They were married on December 24 of 2014 while they were on vacation in New Zealand. They filed for divorce on December 24, 2014. From April 2011 until May 2013, Coupe was a part of the ABC ensemble comedy show Happy Endings alongside Elisha Cuthbert, Zachary Knighton, Adam Pally, Damon Wayans, Jr. and Casey Wilson. The show was canceled by ABC on May 3, 2013, despite critical acclaim. It also gained a cult following. Happy Endings was cancelled. She was a regular role in House of Lies's third season. She also appeared alongside Jay Harrington in Benched, a comedy series on the USA Network that premiered on October 28th on the 28th of October 2014. Later, she starred as Hannah Wyland, the FBI agent in the ABC series Quantico on ABC.
